10.   Working hours for office

         HQ and Zonal Offices : 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM on all working days          

                                                 (Monday to Friday)

School Hours on all    :  Six days a week except         

working days                 Second Saturday. 

         TIMINGS

          General Shift : 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM Throughout the year

           Double Shifted Schools

           First Shift School

           7.30 AM to 12.30 PM (during Summer)

 8.00 AM to 12.30 PM (Winter)

           Second Shift

1.00 P.M to 6.00 PM (during Summer)

1.00 PM to  5.30 PM (during Winter)

11.     Grievance redress mechanism

i.                    Complaint / suggestion boxes have been put in place in all zonal offices and at HQ wherein any complaining / grievance can be inserted

ii.                  Complaints / grievances can be lodged through MCD Website.

iii.                Designated offices at HQ and in zonal offices remain available for hearing the grievances / complaints of public from 12.00 noon to 1.00 PM.
